We want you to love your new artwork so much that we guarantee it. 

Jive's Love It, or Return it Guarantee gives you 7 full days from the day the painting arrives to hang it and decide that it is right for you.  If for any reason you are not totally delighted with it, simply telephone us and we'll arrange for the painting to be collected and returned to the Gallery. 

Once we receive the work, we will refund the full price by the same method you used to purchase it.  The only cost to you is the actual cost of return shipping -- a small price to pay for complete confidence in your painting purchase.
